These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the jilibebe platform, accessible at jilibebe.vip and any associated mobile or web applications. By accessing or using jilibebe in any capacity — whether as a registered player, a visitor browsing the platform, or a participant in any promotion — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

jilibebe reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with jilibebe's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and jilibebe.

Use of the jilibebe platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in compliance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling. jilibebe enforces this age requirement strictly and without exception.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of placing any wager or accessing any game.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of jilibebe, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the jilibebe platform, whether voluntarily through self-exclusion or by action of jilibebe.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

To access the full range of jilibebe's services, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on jilibebe. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jilibebe reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. jilibebe is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. jilibebe will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify jilibebe immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

In accordance with PAGCOR requirements and applicable anti-money laundering regulations, jilibebe conducts KYC verification on all player accounts. You may be required to submit copies of a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, or PhilSys national ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. jilibebe reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification.

All financial transactions on jilibebe are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jilibebe supports the following deposit methods for Philippine players:

• GCash — instant e-wallet deposits, minimum ₱100
• PayMaya / Maya — instant e-wallet deposits
• Bank Transfer — BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Card — Philippine-issued debit cards

Deposits are credited to your jilibebe account upon confirmation of receipt. jilibebe does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The name on your payment method must match the name on your registered jilibebe account. Deposits made from mismatched accounts may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name and previously used to make a deposit on your account.
• Any active bonus funds or wagering requirements attached to your account balance must be satisfied before a withdrawal can be initiated.
• jilibebe reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• jilibebe does not charge withdrawal fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

jilibebe reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, jilibebe will notify the player and may request additional verification documents.

jilibebe offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion's individual terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period.

Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. jilibebe reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Players who have previously abused bonus offers, created multiple accounts, or engaged in any form of bonus exploitation may be excluded from future promotions without notice.

Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse jilibebe's bonus system — including but not limited to coordinated wagering, arbitrage betting, or the use of automated software — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jilibebe reserves the right to void any bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and close the offending account in such circumstances.

jilibebe reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected players as promptly as reasonably practicable.

All games available on jilibebe are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general gameplay conditions apply across all games on the platform:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment operated by trained dealers under controlled conditions.
• jilibebe does not manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are set by the game provider and are available within the game information panel.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round may be declared void and any wager placed during that round will be refunded to your account balance.
• jilibebe is not responsible for any loss of winnings resulting from a player's own internet connection failure, device malfunction, or power interruption during a game session.
• Any wager placed and accepted by the jilibebe system is final. Wagers cannot be cancelled or reversed once confirmed, except in the case of a verified technical error on the part of jilibebe.
• jilibebe reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is evidence of technical error, data feed failure, or any other circumstance that has materially affected the integrity of the game outcome.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilibebe platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their explicit consent and knowledge.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during the KYC verification process.
• Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live dealer or multiplayer game formats.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform. Any such vulnerabilities discovered must be reported to jilibebe immediately and must not be exploited for personal gain.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behavior toward jilibebe staff or other players.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorization.
• Using the platform while located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

jilibebe is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms:

• jilibebe is strictly available to players aged 21 years and above. This age restriction is enforced at registration and at the point of withdrawal.
• Players may set deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits on their accounts at any time via the responsible gaming section of their account dashboard.
• Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary account suspension (cooling-off period) of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from jilibebe may request self-exclusion at any time. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period.
• jilibebe will not send promotional communications to players who have self-excluded or who have requested exclusion from marketing.

All content on the jilibebe platform — including but not limited to the jilibebe brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jilibebe or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jilibebe platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the jilibebe platform without the prior written consent of jilibebe.

Any unauthorized use of jilibebe's intellectual property may result in legal action. If you believe that any content on the jilibebe platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us using the details provided in Section 15.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jilibebe, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jilibebe platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the platform, including losses arising from game outcomes, technical errors, or service interruptions.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including GCash, PayMaya, or Philippine banks.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the jilibebe service for any reason, including scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or regulatory requirements.
• Any reliance placed on information, content, or promotional materials published on the jilibebe platform.

jilibebe's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate the player account relationship at any time, subject to the following conditions:

You may request closure of your jilibebe account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before your account is closed, any pending wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be resolved. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

jilibebe reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; suspected money laundering; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; or any other conduct that jilibebe reasonably determines to be harmful to the platform, other players, or jilibebe's regulatory standing.

Upon termination of your account for any reason, your right to access and use the jilibebe platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply after termination.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. jilibebe operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jilibebe platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or competent courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to game outcomes or platform technical issues, jilibebe's internal dispute resolution process must be exhausted before any external escalation. To initiate a dispute, contact jilibebe's customer support team with full details of the issue, including relevant transaction IDs, game round IDs, and timestamps. jilibebe will respond to all formal disputes within 10 business days.

jilibebe reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jilibebe will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the jilibebe platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.1.
